As a General Manager at Microsoft US, Grad Conn leads marketers to drive B2B marketing revenue in content marketing, marketing automation, social selling and centralized operations. He started out at Microsoft as the Senior Director of Microsoft's Health Solutions Group where he led the creation and launch of Microsoft HealthVault and drove the implementation of SQL-powered unified patient discharge reports at academic medical centers.
Before joining Microsoft in 2006, Grad worked at Procter & Gamble managing its Tide, Cheer and Downy product lines. He also spent a chunk of his career supervising the development of multiple start-ups such as Points.com and OpenCola.
